Used to be my favourite but the big downside is the shoestring fries. They used to be deliciously soft and thick cut. Paid for chicken salt and watched the tiniest dusting get added to the top. Website pricing doesn't match what's on the phone (meaning that calling is cheaper and more reliable). I have had them not pick-up my online order in the past meaning that the system can't be trusted anymore to me.

Just finished one big family pack and it's the best I've ever had.... everything was so tasty, fresh and chips are crispy... worth every penny... lovely staff..clean and tidy place...simply the best
